10-Year Warranty on Manufacturing Defects
We take great pride in the quality of our mutes, which is why we offer a 10-year warranty on manufacturing defects. If your mute develops a fault due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship within 10 years of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Warranty Conditions
– This warranty applies to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
– The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.
– You will need to cover shipping costs to return the mute to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.
